Sleep Science Rankings is committed to transparent, evidence-based product evaluation. Every product is scored against peer-reviewed research published in recognized scientific journals.

We use affiliate links to fund our research. Affiliate relationships never influence our rankings or scores. Products are evaluated and scored before any commercial relationship is considered.

Rankings are updated quarterly or when significant new research is published. All cited studies link directly to PubMed or the original journal for verification.
